Terms & conditions

These terms govern the sale of Narveo units through narveo.eu. They set out the consumer information required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Please read them before ordering.

The seller

Products and prices

Narveo is a plug-and-play air conditioning controller for rental properties and hotels. The retail price is €69 per unit. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Bulk and trade pricing is available for resellers and fleet operators on request.

Placing an order

When you complete the checkout and we confirm your order by email, a contract is formed between you and Xeno Solis, S.L. We may decline an order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider using secure methods. We do not store full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. We aim to dispatch promptly and will give an expected timeframe at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to hello@narveo.eu. You may use the model withdrawal form below. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; you bear the direct cost of return. We will refund the payment received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being notified, and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return. Goods should be returned in resalable condition.

Legal guarantee

Goods sold to consumers carry the legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish law this guarantee is three years from delivery. If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, in accordance with the law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@narveo.eu and we will try to resolve it. As a consumer you may also refer a dispute to an out-of-court alternative dispute resolution body. In Spain, you can apply to the public consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) through your regional consumer authority. (Note: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
