Your remote arrives ready to use. Limits come preset to 22–25°C, so setup is just pairing. Under 2 minutes per remote.
Guests adjust the AC as normal. The remote keeps every setting inside your range and can shut the AC off automatically.

Every remote ships preset to 22–25°C. Most operators keep it. Nothing to configure.
Preset temperature range

Guests can choose any temperature from 22 to 25°C. A lower setting simply resolves to 22°C, so nobody can run the AC at 16°C all day.
The preset sits inside the recognised indoor comfort band of roughly 22–26°C, so guests stay comfortable while the waste stops.

Add automatic shutoff
Timed shutoff stops the AC running for hours in an empty property. It takes a few minutes and adds to the savings above. Most operators enable it.
Anonymous setup data may be used to improve Narveo estimates and sustainability reporting. No names, emails, or exact addresses are required.

The remote has a built-in clock. If it shows the wrong time or day, time-based features will fire at the wrong hours. Takes about 30 seconds.

Daytime auto-off
Turns the AC off automatically within a set time window — e.g. 13:00 to 21:00

Define a start and end hour (e.g. 13:00–21:00), then set how often the AC turns off within that window. Targets the hours when guests are likely out.
💡 Example: between 13:00–21:00, turns off every 2 hours
The remote's clock must be set to the correct time and day of the week, or the time window will fire at the wrong hours.

Turns the AC off once at the same time every night

Guests who go out late for dinner or clubbing rarely return before 05:00. If the property is empty at 01:00, it stays that way for hours — one shutoff at that point covers the window reliably.

Factory reset
Restore default settings

Restores default settings only. Your AC pairing is unaffected.
After a reset the preset 22–25°C limits are restored. If you had set a custom range, set it again from the Limits screen.
